We manufacture Chili Roasters - Chile Roasters for both individual (home use) and commercial use.  Chile Roasters make Great Christmas gifts.  We build them as they are ordered and our normal production schedule begins in mid April and runs through the end of November. At present we still have nearly 25 orders being manufactured.  Indeed we have found a new manufacturer... we appreciate your patience, consideration and understanding.  Please, don't fret, you will get your roaster.  Our goal in 2010 is to eventually stop building only as ordered and finally get to having an "INVENTORY" for quicker delivery.  If you need a roaster, order early for the up coming chile season.  Attention current customers, if you've been promised shipment within the last few weeks, please be advised we are working on getting caught up and will eventually get out all of the outstanding orders...   We apologize profusely, but please be patient if you can.  The new company that is fabricating our roasters are working at getting them out as quickly as they can.  Pictured on this page are a few photographs of some of their state of the art facilities and machines.  They tell us that eventually we'll even have an inventory of both the Indy and Ultra Models.  Unfortunately, for the time being, the T-Bird and custom roasters including the double barrel will continue to be "built as ordered"  even well into 2010. Also because of all the sophisticated and automated equipment the new fabricators should provide an even better looking, better built and longer lasting roaster to our customers.
